On October 9, 2015, a tragic incident occurred outside a college party near the Northern Arizona University (NAU) campus in Flagstaff, Arizona, resulting in the death of 20-year-old junior Colin Brough. The events unfolded when a dispute broke out near an apartment complex across the street from the school, which then spilled over onto the campus. Brough, along with his friends Nick Piring, Nick Prato, and Kyle Zientek, were involved in the altercation.
