In the fall of 2022, the life of 17-year-old Haron Mendivil Arballo was tragically cut short. On the evening of Friday, November 18, 2022, Haron was at Rudy Garcia Park in Tucson, Arizona, when he was killed in a shooting. Another young man, 20-year-old Jorge Santini Baragan, also lost his life in the same incident, which the Tucson Police Department later classified as a double homicide.
