On March 11, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred near Casa Grande, Arizona, resulting in the death of 30-year-old Julian Reynolds, a resident of Arizona City. Reynolds was found by officers at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

As a result of the investigation, two men were arrested in connection with the murder. One of the suspects, 21-year-old Roberto Barrera, was identified as a subject-suspect in the case.
