Marie Ann Noelani Garcia, a 30-year-old woman from Kingman, Arizona, was found shot and killed on March 3, 2024. The incident occurred just before 11:30 a.m. near the intersection of Northern Avenue and Bank Street, although initial reports also mentioned the response was to the 3100 block of Butler Ave.
