Do you know who murdered Steven McCullom? In the early morning hours of September 2, 2001, the life of Steven Allen McCullom was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. The male victim was discovered around 6:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of S Street, Northwest, having sustained a fatal stab wound. Emergency medical services responded to the scene, but tragically, McCullom was pronounced dead.
