In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, a tragic sequence of events unfolded, culminating in the death of 50-year-old Phillip Wilcox. On October 6, 2024, officers from the Lake Havasu City Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 2100 block of Barranca Drive following a report of a shooting.
