In the summer of 2016, the community of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, was shaken by the tragic death of a beloved local figure. Kenneth Eugene Nissen, a 65-year-old man known affectionately to many as 'Uncle Kenny,' was found deceased in his home on July 26, 2016.
