On May 17, 2023, at approximately 9:15 a.m., officers from the Lake Havasu City Police Department responded to a residence in the 2500 block of McCulloch Boulevard North following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found an unresponsive 19-year-old male, identified as Arnell L. Bell, inside the residence. Bell had injuries consistent with being shot, and despite attempts at life-saving measures, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
