On October 5, 2017, Afton Teague, a 68-year-old Caucasian female, passed away in Omaha, Nebraska. Born on October 16, 1948, in New York City, Afton was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Her life was tragically cut short in what was determined to be a firearms accident.
Reports from the sheriff's office indicated that Afton was accidentally shot and killed by her husband while he was cleaning his pistol. This accidental shooting was the cause of her untimely death. There have been n ...Read More
