On October 5, 2017, Afton Teague, a 68-year-old Caucasian female, passed away in Omaha, Nebraska. Born on October 16, 1948, in New York City, Afton was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Her life was tragically cut short in what was determined to be a firearms accident.
