On March 10, 2024, 27-year-old Taw Ner Moo of Omaha, Nebraska, was fatally shot near Fontenelle Park. Responding officers found him with critical injuries near 48th and Pratt Streets around 6:30 p.m. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.
