Otis V. Saunders Jr., a 27-year-old resident of New Castle, Delaware, passed away on July 9, 2014. He was the father of Tre'Von Segar and the son of Otis Saunders Sr. and Annie M. Saunders. He is also survived by his three sisters, including Keisha Saunders.

On the night of July 9, 2014, Saunders was fatally shot on a Wilmington street. The incident occurred late Wednesday night, and police were actively searching for the individual responsible for the shooting.
