A young man of South Asian descent, 27 -year-old Shazim Uppal, was discovered lifeless in the driver's seat of his black 2007 Audi A8 in the parking lot of Genesis Healthcare in Hockessin, Delaware, on the evening of August 24, 2015. Emergency responders were summoned at around 7:02 p.m. after an observer noted the vehicle sitting unnaturally still. Officers entered the car to find the male occupant unresponsive.
