Black/African American male Clifton E. Thompson Jr., age 31, was shot on the evening of February 27, 2016, in the parking lot of the Prides Court Apartments in Ogletown, Delaware. Police were called around 7:41 p.m. to the unit block of Chatham Lane, where they found a man in his thirties with gunshot wounds to the torso and lower extremity.
