On May 1, 2016, 20-year-old Joseph Michael "Joey" Curry was fatally shot in Bridgeville, Delaware. The incident occurred in the 21000 block of Mill Park Drive, where Curry was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
