On May 11, 2018, 41-year-old Corey Bailey was fatally shot in Bridgeville, Delaware. The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. in the 21000 block of Mill Park Drive, where Bailey was conversing with a friend. At that moment, two men arrived in a vehicle; one of them, identified as 28-year-old McArthur M. Risper Jr., exited the car and shot Bailey multiple times.
