David W. Parcher, 70, male, was discovered shot inside a residence on Pennsylvania Avenue in Milford, Delaware, in the pre-dawn hours of July 28, 2020. Responding shortly after 3:40 a.m., Milford Police officers found him with a gunshot wound to the chest. Emergency crews from the Carlisle Fire Company rushed him to Bayhealth Sussex Campus, where he was pronounced dead.
