Death by Force

On the evening of August 14, 2022, a 19-year-old Black / African American male named Marell Lowe was shot and killed in Wilmington, Delaware. The incident occurred at approximately 9:44 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Monroe Street. When Wilmington Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Lowe suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
