Jihad Bell, a 23-year-old Black male from Chester, Pennsylvania, died on the evening of December 9, 2024, following a shooting in Wilmington, Delaware. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of West 6th Street in the Quaker Hill neighborhood.
