Victoria Lynn Perez, also identified in police reports as Vicky Williams, was a 38-year-old Hispanic/Latina female from Magnolia, Delaware, whose life ended on the evening of April 29, 2024, during a violent domestic-related shooting inside the Barrett Farm development. The call came in around 6:18 p.m., sending Delaware State Police troopers to the 100 block of Cilento Drive after reports of gunfire broke through what neighbors later described as a normally quiet community.
