On October 28, 2023, a Halloween party at a strip mall in Selbyville, Delaware, turned tragic when 21-year-old Abriana Ingram of Milford was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 11:56 p.m. in the parking lot of the strip mall located at 36334 Dupont Boulevard. Delaware State Police responded to reports of a shooting and arrived to find several vehicles fleeing the scene and numerous shell casings scattered across the parking lot.
