Black/African American male, age 18, Yazir Tickles died after a triple shooting on Memorial Day, May 27, 2024, in Wilmington, Delaware. Shots rang out on the 2700 block of North Thatcher Street just before 7:30 p.m. Responding officers found three people struck by gunfire: a 17-year-old boy who was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, a 21-year-old man who was reported in stable condition, and an 18-year-old who was transported and later died.
