In the small town of Brownville, Maine, a dispute between neighbors escalated into a tragic and fatal encounter on September 16, 1999. William Pratt, a 37-year-old man, was shot and killed. The man responsible for his death was identified as his 29-year-old neighbor, Clinton Price.
