Do you know who murdered Lovel Alexander? In the early evening of a Tuesday in Washington, D.C., a residence in the 700 block of Langston Terrace, NE, became the scene of a fatal shooting. On March 15, 2005, at approximately 6 p.m., 33-year-old Lovel Allen, a Black male, was discovered inside with gunshot wounds.
