In the quiet town of Soda Springs, Idaho, the autumn of 1991 was shattered by a senseless act of violence that claimed the life of 23-year-old Tonya Crane. On October 16th, a man named Timothy Alan Dunlap entered the Security State Bank where Crane was working as a teller. Armed with a sawed-off shotgun, Dunlap demanded all the money from Crane.
