On August 18, 2014, 21-year-old Miguel Davalos was tragically shot and killed in Bingham County, Idaho. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. at a residence on the 1900 block of Taber Road, west of Blackfoot.

Bingham County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene where Davalos was pronounced dead. An autopsy was conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
