In the late summer of 2014, the life of 21-year-old Miguel Davalos, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting west of Blackfoot, Idaho. On the evening of Monday, August 18, 2014, Bingham County sheriff's deputies were dispatched around 8 p.m. to a residence on West Taber Road following a report of a man with a gunshot wound. Upon their arrival, they discovered Davalos, who had succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
