In the early morning hours of September 5, 2021, the life of 28-year-old Lamont Brandon Rogers, a male resident of Boise, Idaho, was tragically cut short. In downtown Boise, near the intersection of 6th and Grove streets, the sound of multiple gunshots pierced the air.
