In the early morning hours of July 5, 2023, the life of 23-year-old Samuel Lozado, a Hispanic male, was cut short in the parking lot of a resort in Bartlett, New Hampshire. An autopsy would later confirm that he died from a gunshot wound to the neck, and his death was ruled a homicide. The incident also left another man, 24-year-old Jason Sanchez, with a nonfatal gunshot wound.
