Robert Shatney, a 51-year-old man, was fatally shot at his home in Manchester, New Hampshire, on November 28, 2016. Authorities responded to the scene and found Shatney with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy conducted by the New Hampshire Medical Examiner's Office determined the cause of death to be a single gunshot wound to the chest, and the manner of death was ruled a homicide.
