On December 20, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m., deputies from the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) responded to a distress call in the 11000 block of San Bernardino Drive NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They encountered a 65-year-old woman in the middle of an intersection, covered in blood with lacerations on her arms.
