Scott E. Noel, a 22-year-old Caucasian male, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016, in his home in Bakersfield, Vermont. Born in St. Albans on July 8, 1993, he was a 2011 graduate of Missisquoi Valley Union High School in Swanton. For the three years leading up to his death, he was employed in the receiving department at Century Arms in St. Albans.
