Death by Force

In the early morning hours of November 22, 2020, a disturbance call led Rutland City Police to the Quality Inn on South Main Street. Inside one of the rooms, they discovered the body of Jonathon G. Houghton, a 35-year-old Black/African American man from Holyoke, Massachusetts.
