In the fall of 2016, a young Hispanic/Latino man named Robert "Robby" Baptista was navigating a life he was trying to turn around. At 21 years old, the male had recently been released from prison in November and was residing at a friend's apartment on Sisson Street in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
