On February 9, 2018, 25-year-old Tawny LaRae Rockwood was found deceased in her Andover, South Dakota, apartment, which had been set on fire. An autopsy revealed she had been shot twice in the back of the head.

Authorities arrested 36-year-old Jose Anibal Quinones Rodriguez in connection with the crime. He was indicted on charges including first-degree murder, arson, burglary, commission of a felony while armed with a firearm, and aggravated domestic assault. Court documents indicated ...Read More
