On July 26, 2020, at approximately 4:30 a.m., Sioux Falls police responded to reports of gunshots near East Austin Street and Cliff Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered 31-year-old Lamar Hood suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The investigation led authorities to arrest 24-year-old Rashaun Guest and 22-year-old Skylar Jorgensen, both of Sioux Falls. Guest was charged with second-degree murder, wh ...Read More
