In the early morning hours of September 10, 2022, the life of 21-year-old Kara Lynn Greger, a White/Caucasian female, was tragically cut short in Harrisburg, South Dakota. Authorities from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a gunshot just after 1:00 AM. Upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered Kara deceased.
