On December 4, 2021, Cassandra "Cassy" Clark, a 36-year-old resident of Kadoka, South Dakota, was tragically killed in a murder-suicide incident in Rapid City. The Rapid City Police Department identified Clark as the victim in this case.

Born on April 4, 1985, in Libby, Montana, to Jason and Candy Clark, Cassy was a dedicated mother to her son, Xavier Radlinger, and a manager at a truck stop in Kadoka. She was known for her strong work ethic and her love for her dogs.
