On the evening of July 7, 2011, gunfire tore through a Wheatland mobile home and left a 33-year-old White male, Nacuma Roland Conant, mortally wounded.
Emergency responders took Nacuma Roland Conant to a Wheatland hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The shootings unfolded just before 6 p.m. and were immediately treated as a multiple-homicide scene centered on the family residence.
