A 35 year old Colorado man is found dead over state lines, near Wheatland, WY Male, age 35, Hispanic/Latino, Camilo Moreno of Colorado was reported missing on November 27, 1999, from Westminster; shortly afterward his vehicle was located off I-25 near Castle Rock in Douglas County, Colorado.
