In the early morning hours of July 27, 2006, the life of 40-year-old Kimberly Jones was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. A construction worker, she was discovered around 5 a.m. inside her burning minivan, which was parked in front of her apartment building on Raleigh Street SE.
