In the spring of 2007, just days before her high school graduation, 17-year-old Brittney D. Hall’s life was tragically cut short. On the night of Saturday, May 12, 2007, Brittney was sitting in a parked car with a male friend in the 1300 block of Taylor Street, NW in Washington, D.C..
