Jamillah Gales, a 25-year-old woman, was shot and killed late Tuesday night, April 21, 2026, in Northwest Washington, D.C., after police say an argument turned into gunfire. Officers from the Fourth District were called around 10:52 p.m. to the 600 block of Kenyon Street NW for a reported shooting.
