James Moore, a 16-year-old from West Fargo, was fatally shot on May 22, 2023, outside an apartment complex in Fargo, North Dakota. The incident occurred during what authorities described as a drug robbery. Moore allegedly attempted to steal a firearm from 31-year-old Marcus Rexrode during a drug deal.
