Jalab Moses, a 25-year-old resident of Fargo, North Dakota, was tragically shot and killed on September 21, 2024. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of 8th Avenue North in Fargo. Moses was known to his friends as Jay or Cash. He was originally from Ethiopia and had attended local schools in Fargo, including Horace Mann Elementary, Ben Franklin Middle School, and Fargo North High School.
