In the early morning hours of a Saturday in north Fargo, a verbal altercation tragically escalated, ending the life of 25-year-old Jalab Moses. The Fargo resident, a Black / African American male, was fatally shot on September 21, 2024, in the 1300 block of 8th Avenue North. The incident, which cut short a young life, led to a swift response from local law enforcement.
