On August 23, 2024, at approximately 1:16 p.m., Fargo Police responded to a reported shooting in the 2200 block of 12th Avenue South. Upon arrival, officers discovered 35-year-old Fargo resident Sampson Bleh with a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite life-saving efforts, Bleh was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
