On May 23, 2015, Hawaii Police Department officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Fern Acres subdivision in Mountain View. Upon arrival, they discovered 47-year-old Jeffrey Kelly unconscious and receiving medical attention from paramedics. Despite their efforts, Kelly could not be revived and was transported
