On a cold Saturday night in Washington, D.C., the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Vincent Tyler, a 26-year-old male, was shot and killed on the evening of January 20, 2007. The incident occurred at approximately 8:46 p.m. in the rear alley of the 1353 block of Ingraham Street, Northwest.
