On a cold Saturday night in Washington, D.C., the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Vincent Tyler, a 26-year-old male, was shot and killed on the evening of January 20, 2007. The incident occurred at approximately 8:46 p.m. in the rear alley of the 1353 block of Ingraham Street, Northwest.

The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and has since been investigating the homicide. Despite the passage of time, the case remains open. Authorities have continued to app ...
