In the early morning hours of March 16, 2003, the life of 19-year-old Santino L. Henson was tragically cut short in a parking lot in Northwest Washington, D.C. The young man was sitting in the driver's seat of a car at the rear of 33 K Street, NW, when he was fatally shot.
