It was a tragically normal morning in Pelham, Alabama, on August 5, 1999, when the life of 39-year-old Terry Jarvis was cut short in a wave of violence that swept through two local businesses. A delivery truck driver named Alan Eugene Miller, then 34, began a shooting rampage that would ultimately claim the lives of three men. Jarvis, a male resident of Montevallo, Alabama, was one of those victims, caught in a senseless act of workplace violence.
