Daniel Howard Golden, a 27-year-old police officer from Huntsville, Alabama, tragically lost his life in the line of duty on August 29, 2005. He was responding to a domestic disturbance call at a restaurant located at 2648 Jordan Lane when the incident occurred.
During the response to the call, Officer Golden was shot. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries. He was transported to Huntsville Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
