Death by Force

On June 12, 2007, 27-year-old Nelson Rice was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Uptown Apartments, located at 1517 19th Street North in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred following an argument, during which Rice was shot in the back and left for dead.
